Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues.

If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected,

our experienced florist will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement are preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.

The customer is responsible for the given recipient information being
complete and correct.

If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete data (including codes) provided by the customer, Fort Worth Florist will not refund the order.

During extreme weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time and date.

If we fail to deliver your order, the order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Please be advised that we cannot cancel or change any orders already
delivered or presently in route to delivery.

Call our shop directly if you need to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses and for other changes.

We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.

Suppose you are unhappy with the delivery service rendered or with the flowers. Don’t hesitate to call us so we can solve it as soon as possible.

When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom-made. No two arrangements are exactly alike, and color and variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary.
