You can send flowers online at Fort Worth Florist with same-day delivery up to 4 PM M-F and Saturday until 2 PM.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the Florist may leave a note on the recipient’s door asking the recipient to call the Florist’s shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. The Florist will typically make a few attempts to deliver the flowers. If all else fails, they will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements, such as leaving the flowers with a neighbor or giving them to a different address.

Rest assured, your privacy is continually respected when you order from a local florist. Strict privacy policies bind florists and cannot reveal customers’ personal information, including the sender’s identity. So, you can send flowers with peace of mind, knowing that your identity will remain a secret unless you choose to reveal it yourself.

Tipping florists is customary, although not mandatory. A 15-20% tip is recommended for their service, just like a pizza delivery person. This is because florists put in a lot of effort to ensure your flowers are fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered on time. Tipping is a way to show appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues.
If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florist will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement are preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.
The customer is responsible for the given recipient information being complete and correct.
If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete data (including codes) provided by the customer, Fort Worth Florist will not refund the order. During extreme weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time and date. If we fail to deliver your order, the order will be delivered as soon as possible.
Please be advised that we cannot cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently in route to delivery.
Call our shop directly if you need to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses and for other changes.
We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail. Suppose you are unhappy with the delivery service rendered or with the flowers. Don’t hesitate to call us so we can solve it as soon as possible.
When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom-made. No two arrangements are exactly alike, and color and variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. Our professional staff of floral designers is available to discuss any unique design or product requests. Call us, and we will gladly assist you with a special request or a timed delivery.
